James Beeston
Director of Private Training


James co-founded Beestera with Mike in 2015 and has been full-time since 2018. He oversees private training, marketing, and the development of Beestera’s online platform, contributing to the company's growth and offerings.
Ryan Brooks-Newton
Director of Goalkeeping




Ryan became part of Beestera in 2019 and now manages the entire Goalkeeping department. He is responsible for staffing, designing the curriculum, and implementing training sessions, helping goalkeepers of all levels to develop their skills.
Layne Brougher
Head of Content


Layne joined Beestera in 2023 and leads content creation, managing social media and the online platform. His work includes shooting, editing, and repurposing content, ensuring Beestera’s digital presence stays innovative and engaging.
Mike Matera
Director of Camps


Mike co-founded Beestera in 2015 after graduating from Siena College and went full-time in 2019. He leads the development of camps, handling staffing, expansion, and improving the overall camp experience, supporting growth along the East Coast.
Matt Needham
Chief Operating Officer


Matt joined Beestera full-time in 2017. He is now the Co-Owner and serves as COO, managing daily operations while leading private sessions and specialized classes, ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of the organization.
Anthony Rouse
Marketing Intern & Lead Coach




Ant joins Beestera as a Marketing-Practicum Intern for Spring 2025. A full-time student and player at Siena College, Ant brings fresh ideas to Beestera’s marketing initiatives. With over six years of experience coaching our in-person sessions, he’s excited to support our growth both on and off the field.
Kurtis Smith
Director of Club Development


Kurtis joined Beestera in 2021 and directs the club development sector. Under his leadership, Beestera has expanded from working with 1 club to assisting 12 clubs, including those in downstate regions, helping strengthen the club partnerships.
Dylan Stephens
Intern




Dylan, from Wales, is part of Beestera’s first year-long Coaching Education and Sports Management Internship for international participants, gaining experience in both coaching and business operations.
Tucker Stern
Director of Futsal


Tucker joined Beestera in 2022 and has been involved in coaching private sessions, camps, and club development. His current role focuses on overseeing the growth of Beestera Futsal, ensuring its continued success and player engagement.
*This page only shows our full-time staff. There are a number of people who work for Beestera on a part-time basis and are crucial to the way we operate, especially in the summer months. Together, our staff ensure that the players, and coaches who experience any Beestera service have the optimal environment in which to thrive as players.
